Erdbeer Marmalade – Strawberry Jam

Cut off leaves and stems,
cut strawberries into smaller pieces and add 1 kg jam sugar with gelatine for every 2 kg of berries.

Heat up until berries boil (ca. 20 minutes) and cook for 5 minutes, constantly stirring to prevent jam from burning.


Fill into heated clean glasses whiles jam is hot and close immediately,

or fill cooled jam into bags to freeze (use later to make delicious milkshakes).

Remember to clean!
